Surprise! It’s a New Website!

I fired my past web designer (it was me).

And hired a professional designer… to create my new website!

I’m really proud of the websites (6 I think?!) I’ve created up to this point. Wix and I are super tight.

I’ve found it meditative to work on them. For hours. And hours.

But when I decided that it was time to launch AmandaHennessey.com, I decided Amanda Hennessey did not need to be the designer.

I was so curious to see what designer Bernel Westbrook (Branded by Bernel) would come up with. It was exciting and vulnerable to take a step back and let someone else’s imagination take the wheel. 🤞

And I’m very excited for this debut!

I am in love with the clean logos she created and the continuation of my bright brand color palette.

I am obsessed with fonts. There are so many options, so much nuance.

I’m so happy with the fonts she chose and all of the creativity and fun she brought to this brand new piece of online real estate.

Bernel used Showit as a platform; it’s got some really sharp features. ShowIt and I are getting to know each other. So far, more delight than frustration, so that bodes well!
