Media Training

Whether you’re stepping in front of a camera, hopping on a podcast, or fielding tough questions from reporters, you want to come across as clear, confident, and compelling. But media interviews can feel like a high-stakes whirlwind—especially when the pressure is on.

That’s where media training comes in.

In coaching sessions or a workshop, you will:
✅ Learn to craft soundbites that stick
✅ Stay clear headed under pressure
✅ Handle tough questions with confidence and ease
✅Let go of filler words and nervous habits
✅ Master your tone, pacing, and body language
✅ Ensure your message lands powerfully every time

Own the Moment, Deliver with Impact

It’s about showing up as your most confident self, delivering your message with clarity, and making the kind of impression that builds credibility and trust.

Ready to feel at home in front of the camera or mic?

This isn’t about memorizing robotic responses...

I came to Amanda and Alexandra with a lot of public speaking experience, but with questions about how to handle certain public formats. They had a lot of great advice, but I wasn’t expecting that they would help me so much on a personal front, such as dealing with lingering anxieties. After working with them, I found doing radio and other public events much less stressful and more enjoyable. They really helped me to find my public voice and ground me in why I was doing what I was doing. I ended up doing a number of podcasts and radio interviews and they were all much easier after working with them.”

"Amanda and Alexandra’s combination of expertise was so helpful.

- CarrieAnne Cormier, Senior Vice President, Avidia Bank

When a reporter called me, instead of “Oh no, I’m not prepared,” I thought, “Oh good! A reporter!”

“I felt so much calmer and in control after my session.

When employees (at any stage in their career) are able to manage distracting nerves and self-doubt they have greater access to clear thinking and creative problem solving when under pressure. They also have less stress. Employees are able to lead more effectively and make decisions with more confidence and less overthinking.

Dynamic Presentations Save Time & Energy.

Presentations that are engaging and have a clear sense of purpose are much more likely to charge up the audience’s batteries, rather than drain them.
